Service Description

Assessment, discussion, counseling, and collaborative development of a holistic plan to address the root causes of your hormonal and/or women's health concerns. Conditions could include but are not limited to abnormal and symptomatic periods, PMS/PMDD, PMOS, endometriosis/adenomyosis, fibroids, symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, weight management, hair loss, acne, etc. Depending on the circumstances these visits may address healing burn out and nourishing your stress response, improving gut health, reducing inflammation, optimizing metabolism and sleep, reducing exposure to hormone -disrupting chemicals, and supporting emotional and sexual health. Typically 1-3 follow up visits are suggested to add layers and track progress over time. *Note that pricing covers the cost of the visit and that labs, imaging, etc. would be a separate cost but potentially billable through insurance
