Paying for Your Visit
Costs reflected at time of booking are associated with the visit fee and do not include the cost of laboratory or imaging services, recommended supplements, or medications.
We do not bill health insurance for visits at this time.
The decision to remain out-of-network is an intentional decision, in an effort to remove overhead costs associated with insurance billing. By remaining out-of-network, we hope to keep service costs low, maintain longer visit times, and create flexibility for individualized care plans.
You can still choose to use your private insurance to pay for labs or imaging ordered under the care of Reverent Women's Health. We also offer alternative laboratory services through LabCorp with competitive pricing, for those who wish to not bill insurance for labs.
You CAN use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for your visits at Reverent Women's Health. You are also able to submit Superbills to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance and Superbills
Yes. Although the practice is out-of-network with all insurance companies, superbills are provided for visits upon request. After payment, patients may submit the superbill to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their specific plan and benefits.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined entirely by the insurance carrier. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network coverage for office visits.
