Service Description

The integrative fertility pathway is ideal for women who are either planning a pregnancy in the coming year or who have been struggling in their attempts to conceive thus far. It includes thorough assessment, discussion, counseling, and collaborative development of a holistic plan to optimize your fertility and the health of a future pregnancy through hormone assessment, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, botanicals, supplementation and mind-body medicine. When appropriate, we may incorporate hormone therapy or targeted medications to support healthy ovulation. The fertility optimization journey consists of one initial consultation visit (75 minutes) plus three, 30-minute follow up visits. The package offers a discounted price when compared to paying separately for each service. Please note that the cost of labs, imaging, etc. are not included in the package price but may be billable through insurance.
