Service Description

This visit is for women who are either planning a pregnancy in the coming year or who have been struggling in their attempts to conceive thus far. It includes thorough assessment, discussion, counseling, and collaborative development of a holistic plan to optimize your fertility and the health of your pregnancy through hormone assessment, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, botanicals, supplementation and mind-body medicine. In appropriate cases, this could include the use of medications to support hormones. Typically 1-3 follow up visits are suggested to add layers and track progress over time. *Note that pricing covers the cost of the visit and that labs, imaging, etc. would be a separate cost but potentially billable through insurance
